Meet Kristy, our Operations Lead at Perfect Venue and former Events Manager at Jovanina’s, with a background as a Hospitality Consultant. Kristy, previously an event manager, specialized in private events, street fairs, and internal/external events pre-COVID and took multiple event programs from low 5 figures to multiple 6 figures YoY. Adapting to change, she transitioned into consulting, helping restaurants create new revenue streams. Kristy also develops courses for effective event management (hint hint: more content coming soon!)
