Meet Kristy, our Operations Lead at Perfect Venue and former Events Manager at Jovanina’s, with a background as a Hospitality Consultant. Kristy, previously an event manager, specialized in private events, street fairs, and internal/external events pre-COVID and took multiple event programs from low 5 figures to multiple 6 figures YoY. Adapting to change, she transitioned into consulting, helping restaurants create new revenue streams. Kristy also develops courses for effective event management (hint hint: more content coming soon!)

With a degree in Arts Management and a background in luxury event marketing, she combines creativity with a practical, business-minded approach. Emily is known for her genuine, relationship-focused style and her knack for making every event special. Fun fact: Uptown Glencoe is her family business, and it's located right above their all-day café, Hometown Coffee & Juice. Outside of work, Emily loves trying new recipes and finds joy in working around what she loves most—delicious food and creative experiences.
