How much does Perfect Venue cost?

Perfect Venue has three paid plans. Professional costs $199 a month per location and Premium costs $299 a month per location, both billed annually. With monthly billing, they're $239 and $339. Enterprise pricing is quoted on request. Every plan includes unlimited users, plus account setup, migration, and training.

Does Perfect Venue charge setup fees?

No. There are no setup fees, and plans include unlimited users.

What payment processing fees does Perfect Venue charge?

Card payments have a standard processing fee of 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction. Perfect Venue adds a small fee on top of that based on your plan: 0.5% on Pro, 0.3% on Premium, and 0% on Enterprise. ACH payments cost $5 per payment on Premium and Enterprise. ACH isn't available on the Pro plan.

Is there a free version of Perfect Venue?

Yes. The free plan includes CRM, BEOs, proposals, payments, and the events calendar. Card processing on the free plan is higher than paid plans.
