Gott’s offers a casual wine country picnic experience for celebrating life’s important occasions and corporate events of any kind. Our award-winning, locally sourced burgers, sandwiches and salads, our California-centric beer & wine list and our crowd-pleasing organic hand-spun shakes are served by a welcoming staff in a family-friendly atmosphere.
We managed each event across multiple platforms and made the switch to better streamline the planning and tracking process for both ourselves and our clients. Our goal was to achieve a "high touch & high tech" experience.
Event planning and relevant documents are all stored in one location which is set up for planners and restaurant managers to access. An example of what may be is stored are the event order, selected menu, guest allergens, check or ACH receipt (if paid by check or ACH), floor plan, table assignments, wedding coordinator timeline, and vendor notes.
We calculate an approximate 24% increase in sales from last year to this year after using Perfect Venue. What I can add is that having all contacts, communications, documents, and reports in one place has given us the capability to handle more volume. We now spend more time in event development, sales, and promotion.
Migration was straight forward and smooth as it was handled by Perfect Venue. Setup was detailed and user friendly. Communication was ongoing throughout both processes.
We particularly like the way the inquires begin and store the client and potential event information. This allows a quicker flow into sending a proposal and booking the event.
Each of our 7 Bay Area locations are unique and we offer the same great menu with varying accommodations based on the site.
Our group menu with the beer & wine package is our most popular event experience we sell. The cheeseburger is the most popular menu item.
