At Barcelona Wine Bar we pride ourselves in preparing simple and elegant dishes using the finest seasonal picks from local markets and unusual specialties from Spain and the Mediterranean. We offer an incredible award winning wine list and custom, unique, fun experiences and events. At Barcelona - we know how to throw a party!
We originally utilized Gather as our primary calendar and event planning platform, loved Gather! We then switched to a different event management software and ran into issues as Barcelona's approach to events is nuanced and we needed a platform that would embrace us and our event process. We're so glad that we made the switch to Perfect Venue!
We are now able to manage our events in each individual location, but still have the visibility to see all of the different locations and concepts in one place. Every restaurant has their own creative flair and unique dining capacities, this is a game changer.
Migration was really seamless. From the first day our Customer Support Team Leader provided an outline of what to expect from the set up and migration process and stayed with us every step of the way.
Do I have to choose only one? Communication within the event (Direct Messaging) and individual templates for each location...I could go on.
We obsess over the experience, each Barcelona location hosts events that are unique in size, menu and style.
