About the venue

Rubirosa specializes in old school American-Italian Cuisine. Most noticeable is the Pappalardo family recipe for Rubirosa's thin crust pizza but also hosting an array of dishes. Starting off with traditional appetizers like Sicilian-style mini rice balls, roasted octopi or the famously acclaimed Beef Braciole; moving on to entrees that indulge the palate : Italian-American pasta dishes like Lasagna Napoletana, Chicken Parmesan or for the more adventurous the black and white Tagliatelle , all our pastas are house made. Don't forget to try our classic desserts that include the family recipe Cheesecake, our light and savory Tiramisu or the crispy Zeppole.
