How did you previously manage events?

Before switching to Perfect Venue, I was using TripleSeat to manage events, but it felt overwhelming and overly complicated. I struggled to use all the features, and the process wasn’t as streamlined as I needed it to be. What made me switch to Perfect Venue was their promise of a simpler, more intuitive platform. One thing I love sharing about The Great American Music Hall is its incredible history of hosting some of the most legendary artists in music. Our stage has seen unforgettable performances from icons like Lady Gaga, Prince, Billie Eilish, The Grateful Dead, Dua Lipa, Ray Charles, John Lee Hooker, Bono, The Edge, Jack White, and Fred Again, among many others. Hosting events in such a historic venue, where so much musical history has been made, truly adds a unique and unforgettable touch to every event.

What’s something fun and unique about your events program?

One of the unique aspects of our events program at The Great American Music Hall is that we offer custom-themed concert experiences for private events. Clients can have their event name displayed on our historic marquee, print custom concert tickets, and even have posters designed—creating an unforgettable and immersive experience in a legendary music venue.

What’s your most popular package or menu item?

Our most popular package at The Great American Music Hall is the Super Deluxe Bar Package, which includes 3 custom cocktails and access to top-shelf liquor. It’s a favorite among clients who want to provide their guests with a premium experience. In terms of menu items, our clients often rave about our passed appetizers, especially the arancini.
