We have a pretty sizable space that has several "rooms" allowing for a variety of groups and events to host with us. We've hosted business meetings, birthday parties, baby showers, and even wedding receptions alongside our own, branded events.

Located in the Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel, our restaurant features an expansive open-air interior with a family-friendly vibe. Here, we celebrate our Maui roots and provide plenty of room for soaking in the Hawaiian sun while enjoying handcrafted food and drink! At our Kihei location at our brewery headquarters, guests experience brewery-to-table dining as it comes to life in the heart of paradise. We have expansive outdoor garden seating, an open-air interior, and a family-friendly vibe that celebrates our brewery’s history, passion for the craft beer way of life, and Maui roots!

As a culinary event space and production studio, The Knife Factory has built a community around food and design to offer classes, seated dinners, pop-up bakeshop and more. The Knife Factory was Created by Chelsea Miller Knives and is also a showroom for her housewares.
